All subscription transactions are denominated in U.S. dollars, and Toughguy Computing Company LLC. reserves the right to alter fees and pricing plans at any time.

Refund Policy

Subscriptions are billed monthly, and may be canceled at any time, with the cancellation effective upon the completion of the current billing cycle. • Any defective products or services sold or otherwise distributed by the client utilizing hardware, software or bandwidth resources connected to WebsitesAnywhere.com.

Server Usage
WebsitesAnywhere.com does not provide and does not claim to provide unlimited disk space or unlimited data transfer, and reserves the right to act as the sole determiner of what constitutes excessive or abusive use of our services, including excessive bandwidth consumption and excessive storage requirements. Toward that end, we reserve the right to suspend any client account determined to be an abuser or excessive consumer of our system resources without notice and without guarantee of refund. This is necessary due to the shared nature of the resources providing our services, and the resulting negative impact an abusing or excessively consuming client account may have on other accounts utilizing those resources. In such instances, the client assumes responsibility to initiate contact with us and formulate a plan for resolving the situation. Client accounts that have exceeded monthly transfer and storage allotments, but are not otherwise disruptive, will be automatically upgraded to a pricing plan that accommodates the required additional server resources during the next monthly billing cycle.

Traffic Policy
WebsitesAnywhere.com reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion to the following client account types:

• File sharing or distribution websites
• Video or picture sharing websites

Additionally, any deliberate attempt to cause damage to WebsitesAnywhere.com or any other Internet servers will result in immediate account deactivation without prior notice or refund.

Uptime Guarantee
WebsitesAnywhere.com will make every good faith effort to ensure that the online availability of the foreign language versions of our client websites remains uninterrupted. Links to such materials are also prohibited. Other unacceptable content or links may include those involving pirated software, hacker programs or archives, Warez sites and online gambling.
